I got an email saying "would you like a "free tablet " There's that word "free". The ACP has been paying these excess Telecom for 4 months for service for my tablet which I never received. I reported it to the BBB and they told Excess Telecom to take care of the problem. Excess Telecom told the BBB they sent me a check to cover the repairs and the customer " Me " was satisfied with the outcome. Well that was a total lie.
