Harman pellet stove status light stays on.

The status light always stays on. No blinking just a solid light. The stove is in new condition. New door gasket, very clean everywhere, the draft in the stove is great, and everything has been vacuumed out, no ashes anywhere. Is this a control board problem? Maybe an ESP problem? Like i said the stove runs perfect.Went out and returned home and stove was running not ignited, but just running and spilling pellets over into the ash pot. I had to turn stove off by unplugging it. It does seem that the least little build up acts as a heat insulator which does not cause the pellets in the pot to get hot enough to fire up. That has helped but sometimes the stove still will not light.
