Is hyper flash turn signals illegal.
With my turn signals activated, they flash at a normal rate on the outside, however the signal lights on the dash hyperflash. But with my hazard lights on, both interior indicators as well as the exterior lights flash normally. So I bought the Diode Dynamics resistors to see if that would correct the issue.

Ever since installing these I've had intermittent hyper flashing issues with the turn signals but they still worked. Been planning on installing some resistors to fix it but been too busy to get around to it. Tied down the clutch pedal and took the front seat out. I used a homemade bracket tool to remove the stock flasher. The tool fits in the lip of the stock flasher. I used the GL flasher (not the JL) without the adapter.
