Back with another ethics question. One of my coworkers called in on a key date, but used enough PPTO to cover the shift. Our coach said he can override that and still point him because it's a key date. Is that supposed to be the case or is that against policy? It seems a bit crooked.

What ppto doesn’t cover is a no-call. The only time ppto doesn’t auto clear an occurrence is if the time missed is still below 10 minutes, those are to be manually approved as per the Management supplement to the PPTO policy.
