City skylines not enough raw materials.

For my third city, I unlocked the milestone before the last one. I have little over 50000 Cim living in my city and I really like it (though feel the vibe to make a new town/city). However, I have an issue with "not enough raw materials" in my industrial area. How do I fix that? I uploaded four screenshots to show what I mean. They are the latest screenshots, one that shows the problem.First on Xbox now on PC. Jul 6, 2019 · Not enough raw materials. I have a city of 125,000. I keep getting buildings abandoned, maybe 2 or 3 every few hours in my industrial areas (of which I have 3 spread around). I have terrific traffic flow for trucks and I have a cargo train station right next to it with no traffic flow issues. Its not like its a heap of buildings being abandoned ... But if the areas have already been depleted, it doesn't turn them back into resource-rich areas. Also, this setting will turn off achievements, unless you snag a mod from the workshop to turn them back on.
