I started the game with primary insured weapon (ISO Hemlock) in slot one, contraband SMG in slot 2. The game loaded with nothing usable for primary weapon : note, not even fists. I can switch to second weapon but what the video doesn't show is that it's also not possible to un-equip that second weapon back to fists/nothing.
