I would lean toward the battery because a bunch of issues can be caused by a battery with low voltage. I had inconsistent remote starts and my radar detector (puts out battery voltage whenever on) would bounce from 14V down to 12.8 or so at different times while driving.

I get remote start disabled when I accidentally hit the panic button. The others I can't help with.

The dealer is getting in the mopar remote start for me to look at. From what he is saying it allows you to keep your old key fobs and gives you 2 new ones with the remote start option. The new fobs allow you to unlock the doors and starts the car. He also said that you can have up to 4 key fobs programed.
