This is a must-have item for the Glock subcompact pistols. I got one for my G42, and just ordered another for my G43. The trigger safety block fits perfectly,and prevents the trigger from being pressed/pulled until the device is popped out, which is done very quickly and instinctively with the trigger finger during the draw.

Jun 14, 2023 · It is crticial that any spring that returns the plunger to its downward position after shots are fired. If the plunger spring has to push a rough plunger through a dirty channel then a reduced power spring is probably not a great idea. The safety plunger needs to move up and down unimpeded, but mostly down for safety.

Glocks are built to take a beating, shoot hundreds, if not thousands of rounds, get caked in mud and sand and without a good cleaning and still function. The safety plunger spring's sole job it to return the plunger to it's position after firing. If you polish it and keep it clean there should be no issues.
Oct 23, 2014 · IMO there are only two problems with Glocks; the first being a heavy trigger pull, and the second being a non smooth trigger. The lone wolf connector corrects the first problem, and the safety plunger was supposed to correct the second, but the aftermarket one's are junk as you can see from the pic.
