Apr 21, 2022 · In my experience, the Decrepify from Lawbringer takes precedence over Taunt. For instance, I have my zealot’s act 5 merc equipped with Lawbringer and Unbending Will which has something like a 18% chance to level such and such Taunt. With Plague Act 5 merc, killing Uber Mephisto with Charged Strike Amazon is now possible. Plague provides Lower Resist level 12, enough for breaking 110% lightning resistance (1/5 of -57% resist is -11%). Thunderstroke and 4os shield with facets was used to lower resistance after breaking immunity.
