So in my opinion Water breathing isn't that good for fighting players at open world or "History" , it's good at ranked mode. And mist breathing is good for both. Mist cuz it's very easy to use and it's super op. I'd say water is better due to how easy the combos are and how good the moves are i'd say better for PVE and PVP.
