I feel like that should be obvious. any damage boosting masteries work on elenaril if she meets the conditions required to proc said damage boost. master hexer works with debuff extension so getting that on a flesh tearer will instantly make the run more consistent.

I would go for Tayrel (L), Venus, Vizier, Skullcrusher, Valk. Get everyone in lifesteal, and 3.5k def+. Hard to get all those stats up, but you might be able to two key UNM with that comp. Aside that elenaril has about 350 more def, and 3% more crit dmg. Yet she has 7 less speed and a couple hundred less hp. Either elenaril needs a stat buff or Juliana needs a Nerf.
