Unfortunately, there is no method to do this. RNG is so messed up in this game, I got Light Pegasus Wings from my first ever Light Chaos Vault, yet I can't seem to get any fire empowered gems, even though I went through over 6 empowered gem boxes and 1 stellar box. One moment, you are super lucky, but the next, you're not.

In no particular order of course but it's good to have all your class gems for every class be the same element.
