You might also need some of the lift parts, possibly the front rockshaft that attaches to the lift rod between the tractor and the blower.Pull the shear pins individually and check out if it is in the auger or the blower, or the drive line. Might remove the shields and run (carefully) while observing the chain drives. May be missing something there. Check if the PTO is connected and not on all the way.
