He's definitely not the ideal counter but since he's a common rankup CGR actually works pretty well. The burst damage can let you bust through the fight and you have incinerate immunity. Warlock as he'll shutdown Bishop's healing as well. Ghost and Quake are my favorites, but colossus, and Void work well too.
