I've completed all 10 normal monolith timelines. I've completed all 3 quest echos in each timeline. I've unlocked and added 1 blessing to each timeline. I'm still unable to click the chest in the middle of "THE LAST RUIN", "SPIRITS OF FIRE" AND "THE AGE OF WINTER" I still do not have the option to empower monoliths when selecting an echo.
