If you absolutely need a 1lb trigger that's breaks like glass, spend the money, but my Ruger American Predator in 5.56 shoots 1/2moa (with handloads) out to 600 yards for the last several years, in all sorts of crazy weather.

Purchased Mcarbo trigger spring kit and installed according to video. Trigger is now perfect. This a must have for this rifle. The original OEM trigger spring had a closed loop for the pin and a open loop on the other for the connector bar of the trigger. The replacement supplied in the kit had a open loop on both ends of the spring. I bought 2 kits, one for my new CPX-2RD and one for a older CPX-2. I watched the install video a couple times before tackling the install, took about an hour to install both kits. The new CPX went from a 8.75 lb. trigger pull to 4.16 ib., the older gun with a lot of rounds through it went from 8 ibs, to 3.8 ibs.
