Hi all, I searched the forum a bit but I couldn't find any similar issue that I've been deaIing with the seasonal exotic backpack Memento. Memento makes for an excellent hybrid skill build. forget about getting the instant bonus, but scooping things up after the fight is viable, and will work. Its the perfect backpack for every dps solo builds imo. In a group setting it can work but it will take you a bit longer to get the buff up (depending on if you are the one killing them) so thats why people usually recommend using a vigilance backpack instead.
