Mhr failed to join quest session.
I can join some lobbies and not others. Then I could be lucky with several attempts to join a lobby, its really strange. Maybe try hosting your own lobby for them to join or just keep trying. It's so annoying, this problem has existed in World since the base game. Luckily Rise doesn't have the same problems.
