Instant replay keeps turning off
I'm having an issue where my Instant Replay keeps turning off in game. My game is Ark Survival Evolved. (which is very taxing for my 1660s) When the GPU utilization caps at 100%, it causes the game to freeze for a fraction of a second, and turns off my Instant Replay. Opening task manager shows that my "Nvidia Container" is using >30% of my GPU ... This issue has been happening to me for the past couple weeks with Titanfall 2. A fix I found is: -Open Shadowplay -Settings -Disable in-game overlay and turn it on again Instant Replay usually starts working for me after I restart the in game overlay. Granted it’s not a permanent solution, but it’s a decent temporary solution while they ... I havent found a fix yet, but yeah that is the exact same thing thats happening to me. I've ended up just using the replay buffer feature on OBS. It's the exact same idea as instant replay and you can even tweak more settings of the recordings since it's OBS. To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions. Open the Geforce Experience app, go to settings, turn off the in-game overlay, then turn it back on.
