Swash doesn't get much support with it outside of twin parry/twinned defense and dual finisher. That said, you can still make dual wielding work on a swashbuckler. A rapier with a main gauche is a great combo. You can get panache, make a strike with your rapier, then finisher with your main gauche cause it's agile for basically free extra damage.Or say I wanted to play an enchanter but the game was almost exclusively fighting undead immune to mind affecting effects.
