No, thats wrong. The knox infection will appear as "infected" on a wound, the same way a regular infection does. You cant tell the two apart on the menu itself, but you CAN'T be infected without a bite, scratch, or laceration from a zombie. So while there's no direct indication on the menu, you can figure it out with context.

Scratch is 7%, Laceration is 25%, and Bite is 100%. But you can get injured by stuff besides zombies, you know. Falls, broken glass, tripping on your ass when you're tired and uncoordinated, car crashes are a big one. You can also get sick, though I'm not sure if First Aid can help with that.
