I probably have a bad blend door driver side. Cold air passenger side, neutral air driver side. Trying on this post to confirm doing reset procedure correctly.When the truck is shut off the gauge goes well past full. I just filled the tank to run the Techron fuel system cleaner, the gauge read slightly over the "F" full mark and took 10.5 gallons. Here are two pics with the full tank of gas. With the truck NOT running see the gauge reading Full. With the truck RUNNING see the gauge WELL OVER FULL.Now the air constantly comes out of the vents but works on defrost.When I change the mode to floor only a small amount of air comes out. After getting under the dash and operating the ac/heater controls the defrost and vent actuators work. The floor actuators move when the temp is changed from hot to cold but air still wants to come out of vents.

For a while now (over a year) my Envoy's AC recirculation button has been on the fritz. Some days it turns on and most of the time it does not. Also, the EXT temp shows as 50 degrees F when in fact it's been 75-80 out. This has me wondering if I need to change the Climate Control unit or if it's just a fuse or something.

Maybe it just needs to be recalibrated. Go to the rear fuse box and pull the HVAC-B fuse for about 10 seconds and put it back in. Then turn the key to RUN but don't start and don't touch anything on the HVAC until it has finished recalibrating the actuators.
