You will be able to use the drop down to change both the rounds in the draft and the teams in each round. You can change the teams to match the picks they will have as you've set up. You just have to go into the commissioner settings and finalize the teams. Then it will let you randomize the draft order (also in the commissioner settings). Edit: it's under "Commissioner Tools", then "Finalize Team List". Then after you do that go back and it's under "Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players". Or be creative.
