I had an xl. Purchased both the macro and an extra p365 grip module to experiment a bit. I tried the macro slide and xl slide on the xl grip, and was very impressed with the macro's reduced recoil. I could definitely feel it. Next I tried both slides on the new p365 grip module. I was very happy with the macro on the p365 grip.

Might want to get the new Macro tacops (suppressor height sights, 4mags, extended slide release) for $100 less I believe. I don't think the comp adds that big of a difference (15% for tartan tactical estimate). Just good for thought. If I had to do over again I would probably get the tacops as I paid $799 and then bout 2 more mags for $45 a piece.
