My solution was to use stacked leveling blocks under that jack too. No auto level failures since. It seems to me that if you have to level your camper before using the jacks , then Grand Design needs a better system .

The pads are 12VDC, 65 watts, 4.8 amps each. If you have a battery monitor you should be able to turn your Tank Heater switch on and see how many watts are drawn and figure out how many pads you have.
