Just the grip module. So with P365s the "frame" isn't like a traditional frame where it's the centerpiece of the gun and everything is installed into it. All of the "guts" of the frame are one contained group and that's what's the "firearm" with a serial number, and they call the exterior frame a "grip module."I have both a P365 & a P320 (M18 with X-Compact grip) and my first thought was the same as yours. But then I realized for anything but range plinking (and maybe a nightstand gun) I honestly prefer the P365... making a slightly larger P365 makes more sense IMO than trying to make a 'small' (cuz it still ain't) P320.XL with longer barrel seems like a better option, but the reviews on Macro with the shorter barrel but the comp is intriguing (also should be lower cost with just a slide replacement vs. barrel also if I'm starting with the p365).
