I don't think you will get this amount back. It does not appear you had a credit balance, you simply ended your service, i.e. changed to your company plan, mid month. Verizon does not refund any amount for cancelling/switching service mid-month. The type of refund of which I was speaking was for items that were mistakenly charged to your account.
