4010 Mule Trans Gas Fuel pump not working. Hello, I am new to this forum. My recently acquired 2009 4010 Gas Mule has always started easily and ran fine. The other morning I went to start it but when I turned the key to the first position I did not hear the buzzing sound (the fuel pump I have always assumed) I normally hear.

That results in their failure to fully retract after use, and then the brake shoes will grab on quite tightly. A very good widow friend bought a new 2021 Mule with the single cylinder engine. She hasn't got a tank of fuel through it and it started to run rough and had the dealer come out and pick it up. They told her the plug was fouled and put a new plug it and brought it back. It ran fine for about 5 minutes and started to act up again.

Mar 14, 2010 · 1996 mule 2510,it sat for 4 or 5 years.There is only 150 hours on meter. I took carb off and complely disasembled. Soaked in cleaner and made sure all passages were clear. Now has new main jet, needle valve, gaskets on float bowl and intake. Fuel pump works it will fill bowl, but fuel will not pass thru carb while cranking engine.
