Remove the screws holding the RTD in place and pull it through the grill (cut any zip ties holding the wires together). Feed the new RTD through the hole in the middle of the barrel. Run the wire through the back of the grill to the small hole leading into the hopper assembly. Once through, replace the upper panel.
