As a Valkyr main, I just love her tankiness. I don’t spam her abilities. I only use 4 when I’m about to die and then turn it off when I’m back to full health. But then again, her 4 feels a bit monotonous. I never use it to fight waves of enemies. Since both bonuses are multiplicative, so long as Eclipse remains at 20% effectiveness or higher, it’s providing a greater benefit than Roar.
