It's terrible that they often don't give drivers reasons why they are deactivated, or even give the driver a chance to give their side before termination. In my case, I got lucky and received a text from Spark giving a reason. They apparently just take customers' words about any given issue and fire you on the spot, no questions asked.

The driver can always fall back to this evidence when allegations such as this arises. All I do is secretly record a video of the groceries I’m returning while the associate is unloading it.
