For the people who say "it'll break the s54" or whatever, just use less throttle. Don't launch it. S54 diff is what breaks first and you'll probably find a want for an LSD anyway.You're better off supercharging it since TRD once made a supercharger kit for the 1MZ-FE. Even then… that's gonna be a lot of money and time for not a lot of gain… and on a damn Camry at the end of it all. ... 1zz fe supercharger. I was curious as to what to look for as far as damages are concerned to the supercharger unit. According to the seller, it has 35,000 miles and it looks complete minus the belt. Not entirely sure if it is complete. The seller did provide pictures of the unit. Looks to be in good order, but I would like to protect my investment.

The 1MZ-FE is an economy V6. It actually has is in the name. 1 is for the number of model in the series. MZ is the series of the bottom end. The F is for the shape of the head which is designed for fuel economy head vs the G which is a performance head you would find typically with the JZ series engine.
