When the buff runs out you can switch to a lightning estoc or some other weapon. I would still set vit to 50 and end to 40. BTW, lightning estoc +5 has the same damage rating as a lightning balder side sword +4. The estoc requires a very specific patient playstyle. Check out enisle2004 videos on youtube.
