I find the kerf is accurate but rather tight. In Lightburn there is a setting to adjust the kerf offset and I'm starting to play with this. I figure this will loosen the joinery a bit. I'm starting small with only a .025mm offset. My first test didn't seem to be much of a difference.Visit the post for more.
